The location in Lakatamia, where the buildings are to be erected, belongs to the parish of Ayios Nicolaos in Spartakos Street.

All apartments of Blocks A and B will be located on the first and second floor of the two (2) buildings, whereas each building will function independently from the other.

We would also like to note that the apartments 202 and 203 of Block B will be facilitated with roof garden.
